    Yes, our food is medicine, and all health begins in the "gut."

    Science has shown that over 90% of our immune system is created in our microbiome (gut), and hormones are mostly metabolized in the digestive tract.

     

    Seeds are rich in essential fatty acids and nutrients (such as zinc and selenium), which act as both the vehicle to transport hormones to correct location, and as the building blocks to support their structure and integrity.

    I love the idea of treating yourself to health.

    Not all "treats" should equate to high sugar, high inflammation, and insulin disruption.
